Thank goodness for long weekends!
The occasional extra day off work just has a nice festive feel to it. Although for us, the weather this weekend will leave something to be desired. The good news is, with crummy weather my husband and I will be more likely to actually get some to-dos knocked off our lists instead of being tempted by the beautiful sunny weather that has assisted our procrastination the last few weeks.
So, yeah for getting stuff done! Yeah for half-day Friday! Yeah for no work on Monday!
Note: Yes, this is one of my sillier posts, but what the hey - it's my blog and I can do what I want.

We are very retired so life is one long week-end. However Bank Holidays are a bit of a pain as MTL reckons we should keep off the roads so we're house and garden bound. I suspect I shall be working on the sun room floor with its ancient shabby red tiles. I've got the stuff - just need the energy. Have a good week -end and hi from Michels
